Conflicts of Interest and Commitment must be reported in accordance with
the following:

| All regular employees (full and part time staff) | Annually when initiated by HR Services in the Fall Semester |
| Any university community member. This includes: regents, employees, and others acting on behalf of the university. Employees include administrators, faculty, staff, and student employees. | When a conflict arises that has not been reported. |
| Faculty and Staff engaged in research | When a conflict arises that has not been reported. |
