Subject: Annual Performance Evaluation Review Period in Process
Attention all Regular Exempt and Nonexempt Staff:
The annual NMSU evaluation process began March 1, 2013 and must be completed by the April 30, 2013. Employees supervising regular staff members should actively be in the process of completing evaluation forms and conducting staff evaluation meetings at this time.
Completed nonexempt paper evaluation forms must be submitted by your unit’s Primary HR Liaison to HR Services, Employee & Management Services by April 30, 2013. Please be aware that some HR Liaisons may have set different internal deadlines to ensure timely submission of the completed forms. If you do not know the internal deadline for your unit, please contact your Primary HR Liaison for this date. All exempt electronic evaluation forms must be fully routed for the required levels of approval and signed/acknowledged by the employee by April 30, 2013.
Forms received or electronically signed after Tuesday, April 30, 2013 will be considered delinquent.
