Compensation Services shall work to maintain a compensation structure that meets the needs of the University by evaluating appropriate markets to keep us externally and internally competitive, within financial feasibility.
What Compensation Services Offers to Supervisors and Employees:
- Provide information to supervisors and employees regarding the establishment of new positions, reclassification and the equity process.
- Assists in the interpretation of university compensation policies and procedures.
- Provide consultation to supervisors for department re-organizations.
- Create career development plans for employees in collaboration with supervisor objectives.
