Service Awards

Presented to New Mexico State University faculty and staff (regular, full-time or part-time) who meet the eligibility criteria of the program as defined in NMSU policy 8.15 Compensation. Service Awards are given for recognition and appreciation of service to the university. Read more.

Roberts’ Memorial Staff Award

Stephen W. & Robert E. Roberts’ Memorial Staff Award made possible through donations of the Roberts family and friends. A call for nominations is made each fall through the Benefits Services Department. Th award is presented the following February. Read more.

We C.A.R.E. Award

In 2002, a campaign was launched within the Business and Finance Office, with a focus on improving support for our employees and our internal and external clients. The theme of this campaign was “We C.A.R.E.” (Continually Awarding and Recognizing Employees), reflecting our intentions to deliver consistently good service to our various customers to help them achieve excellence in their work. The current employee recognition award, and the expanded training and development program for employees, grew from these beginnings. Read more.
