Purpose of Classification: | |
Responsible for the overall success of the student athletes both on and off the court/field. | |
Standard Duties: | |
Supervise, direct, delegate, and evaluate work of assigned staff. Checking classes, monitoring study-hall, tracking appointments with mentor and tutors. Insure student athletes complete community service hours. Reminders regarding practice, appointments with trainer, training table and team related activities. Grade checks and enforcement of book return policy. Represents the program at on-campus meetings. Keep statistics during practice and games. Coordinate daily activities and conducts study hall while on team travel. Perform related duties as required. | |
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: | |
Knowledge of university and department policies and procedures; principles and practices of organization and administration; principles of supervision, training, and performance evaluation. | |

Minimum Qualifications: | |
Education- Bachelor's degree | |
Experience- One (1) year of experience directly related to the standard duties as outlined. | |
