Purpose of Classification:
Develop, implement and manage all aspects of digital marketing and communications for University Advancement. 
Standard Duties:
Responsible for all aspects of digital operations and to build awareness, loyalty, and influence of the department’s brand in compliance with the overall university brand. Design and overseeall aspects of digital marketing which includes the department’s website, marketing database, e-mail solicitations, social media advertising campaigns. Plan and manage all social media platforms. Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results. Identify the latest technologies and trends affecting the industry. Evaluate important metrics that affect website and social media platforms traffic, service quotas and target audiences. Work with team to research new and innovative growth strategies. Develop and monitor budgets, prepare accurate reports on overall performance.  Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of current and emerging trends and technologies in all digital marketing areas to include web site software, multimedia and applications. Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing results. Knowledge of web site usability and accessibility standards are protocols.
Skill in design and development of user interface and navigation tools. Skill in researching and using new social media development/design software and trends. Skill in designing and administering databases. Skill in useable, accessible websites and original graphics. Skill in managing projects. 
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to consult with users regarding web site development projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
   Education- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. 
   Experience- Eight (8) years of experience directly related to the standard duties as outlined.
