Purpose of Classification:
Oversees and manages the activities associated with a community college's information technology training and user development, serves as training coordinator, produces feasibility evaluations and products and serves as marketing promoter.
Standard Duties:
Oversees and plans technology training and support activities for a community college. Manages technical training staff. Oversees products feasibility evaluation. Creates and implements marketing plans for products and services. Designs and develops media for model trainings and training programs. Oversees and plans all technology training and user development activities. Conducts training courses. Serves as liaison with the distance education office and Information Technology groups, and coordinates system wide activities. Oversees the planning and implementation for all technical learning services projects. Collaborates with the Information Technology project office, and the web and application development groups to identify and research ideas. Works with technical learning services director to oversee Information Technology grant projects

Minimum Qualifications:
   Education- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
   Experience- Five (5) years of experience directly related to the standard duties as outlined.
