| Purpose of Classification: | |
| Using established procedures and working under immediate supervision, performs assigned tasks related to overall systems infrastructure including engineering, implementation and integration, and technical services and support. | |
| Standard Duties: | |
| As appropriate, may assist in the design, implementation/installation, maintenance, and administration of infrastructures including hardware, software, and various configurations. May assist in monitoring overall performance to proactively identify potential issues and tune appropriately. Performs root cause analysis on failed components and implements corrective measures. Works with others to establish and improve processes and procedures. Generally focuses on projects for one of the following disciplines: Unix, Windows, AS400, storage, reporting, testing, middleware, or other software. | |
