Purpose of Classification: | |
Provides team leadership in the design, implementation, and administration of complex business critical, multi-tiered enterprise applications. | |
Standard Duties: | |
Under general supervision, plans, conducts and may supervise assignments. Reviews progress and evaluates results. May train Associate level personnel in technical complexities of assigned work. Recommends changes in procedures. Operates with substantial latitude for unrelieved action or decision. Reviews progress with management. Works collaboratively with IT and Business partners to effectively and efficiently maintain, support and enhance enterprise business applications. Defines and performs routine and maintenance practices related to application/system administration. Partners with assigned business areas to understand their business processes, and configures changing business needs as enhancements into new and/or existing solutions applying change management best practices. Gathers and defines usability, reliability, and performance requirements; Develops system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity and recommends actionable solutions to address adoption issues and improve operational efficiency. With a strong customer service focus, collaborates with Help Desk to respond to requests from business users - creatively resolves issues, answers questions and clarifies business processes, designs and develops enhancements, troubleshoots and fixes bugs. Works collaboratively with Integration and ERP teams to implement and maintain integrations across enterprise business applications. Develops data quality/hygiene check and database maintenance plans and monitor overall system health, as necessary. Additional duties as assigned. | |
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: | |

Minimum Qualifications: | |
Education- Bachelor's degree in a related field. | |
Experience- Five (5) years of experience directly related to the standard duties as outlined. | |
