Purpose of Classification:
Coordinates the student family housing operations; rents vacant units; inspects apartments; issues work orders for maintenance. Interviews, hires, and trains student resident managers.
Standard Duties:
Rents apartments; inspects vacant apartments; assesses charges to renters after check-out inspection. Serves as a liaison between residents, housing administrators, maintenance, and outside contractors to provide information, expedite service, and resolve
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures. Knowledge of human resources concepts, practices, policies, and procedures. Knowledge of payroll policies and procedures. Knowledge of accounts receivable procedures and practices.
Lease and/or property management skills. Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities. Expediting skills. Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills. Employee development and performance management skills.
Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns. Ability to lead and train staff and/or students. Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments. Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and schedule
Minimum Qualifications:
   Education- High School diploma or GED certificate.
   Experience- Two (2) years of related experience.
