The Employment & Compensation Team collaborates with departments on navigating employment and compensation transactions while interpreting policies, procedures, and providing tools for a consistent and equitable process. We are committed to providing a fair and competitive employment and compensation program that will attract, retain, and develop faculty and staff. In addition, the employment and compensation team provides expert advice on best practices while ensuring compliance with applicable university policies, federal and state labor, and compensation laws.
